As the owner of RTI Home Inspections and a TREC-licensed inspector, I bring 30+ years in residential construction to every inspection. That hands-on background shapes how I evaluate a home. Every inspection I do follows the Standards of Practice set by the Texas Real Estate Commission. I evaluate the major systems and components of the home in detail: structure, foundation, roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and built-in appliances. The inspection covers what is visible and accessible. Anything that cannot be evaluated safely or non-destructively gets noted in the report with an explanation of why.

I'm Robert Wroblski and I'll be your home inspector. With over 30 years of residential construction experience, including finish work, I know how homes go together and where problems tend to hide. I'm meticulous about the details, and I conduct every inspection thoroughly and efficiently, with a focus on quality and safety. My goal is to give you a reliable, comprehensive picture of the property so you can move forward with peace of mind.
Your Report
I pay attention to the details so you do not have to.
You are welcome to walk through the home with me during the inspection, and most clients who can make it find the experience genuinely useful. I point things out as I go and answer questions on the spot. If your schedule does not allow it, that is fine too. I document the findings either way.
Within 24 hours of the inspection, you will receive a complete inspection report covering every system in the home, with photos and clear descriptions for each issue identified. Major concerns are flagged separately from items that fall under routine maintenance, so it is easy to see what needs attention now and what to plan for over time.
The report becomes the basis for the conversation with your agent and, when relevant, the seller. If anything in it is unclear once you have had a chance to review, call or text. I'll walk you through it.
