RTI Home Inspections publishes original photographs documenting residential construction conditions, defects, and maintenance concerns observed during home inspections in North Texas.
Copyright
Photographs taken by Robert Wroblski and credited to RTI Home Inspections are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, altered, or used commercially without permission from the applicable rights holder, except as permitted by law.
Each photograph carries embedded copyright and contact metadata and is published with structured data naming its creator, credit, and this page as its license terms. Removing or altering that metadata is not permitted.
Licensing
Selected photographs may be available for educational, editorial, or commercial licensing, subject to ownership verification, applicable confidentiality obligations, and any necessary client authorizations. Photographs are taken inside private homes during inspections, so some cannot be licensed at all.
To ask about licensing a photograph, email rtinspect2024@gmail.com and include:
- The URL of the photograph, or of the page where it appears.
- Who will use it and where it will be published.
- The intended use, such as educational, editorial, or commercial.
- How long and in what formats it will be used.
Permission is not granted automatically by submitting an inquiry. Every request is reviewed individually, and a license applies only to the photograph, use, and term stated in the written permission.
Attribution
Where a license is granted, the photograph must be credited to RTI Home Inspections unless the written permission says otherwise.
